A planning application has been lodged with the local authority seeking to construct forty-three housing units at Clashacollare, Callan, County Kilkenny.
The units are proposed to be a mix of two-storey semi-detached and terraced housing.
Permission is also sought for proposed boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated site development works.
Proposed road network and services are envisaged to connect to the existing residential development known as Friary Walk.
The planning application was submitted on April 20 and is still at the pre-validation stage.
Once validated, a decision will be due from Kilkenny County Council by June 14, 2023.
