Macra na Feirme National Debating Finals will be in county Tipperary hotel this weekend

Macra proudly recognised the outstanding dedication, leadership, and volunteerism of its members at a special awards ceremony.

Among those honoured was Callan Macra member Jimmy Lynch.

At the Macra National Leadership Awards and Volunteer of the Year Awards Mr Lynch was awarded the Macra President’s Medal, from Macra President Josephine O’Neill.

Congratulating all recipients, Ms O’Neill said: “Our Leaders and Volunteers of the Year have shown exceptional commitment to their clubs, counties and regions. They represent what it truly means to lead in Macra. “They have driven their clubs, supported their fellow members and led with vision and heart.”
