Limited works have commenced over the past number of weeks on the Aldi-creamery site in Castlecomer, County Kilkenny.
“These works have involved site investigation works for design of infrastructure, ecology assessment, design completion,” said Liam Slevin, KESEL Construction. “We plan to commence demolition and asbestos removal works pre-Christmas.
“Main site works will commence in January and Aldi proposes to commence building in March 2024 with a projected open date for Aldi in September 2024.”
