The tradition of making St. Brigid Crosses is alive and well locally thanks to the many volunteers who give of their time to the project.
Once again the Castlecomer Parish plan to have crosses available in both Kilkenny city and in the town in Eurospar, Post Office, Londis and at Church door.
Donation of €3 will go towards the restoration of the Church Organ.
Helpers are needed to both make and sell the crosses.
