Marble City Festival returns to Kilkenny this Christmas

Kilkenny is set to shine brighter than ever this December as the Marble City Music Festival, the artistic vision of celebrated Kilkenny violinist Patrick Rafter, returns with two spectacular Christmas concerts at the historic St Canice’s Church.

Joining him on stage is the enchanting Megan Walsh, beloved former vocalist of Celtic Woman, whose radiant voice brings cherished Christmas classics to life with tenderness and joy.

Performing on stage are Paddy and Maura Rafter, members of a much-loved Kilkenny musical family whose artistry and heart make this concert feel like coming home for Christmas. Completing the bill is pianist Dida Condria, a trailblazing young pianist.

Led once again by the internationally celebrated Patrick Rafter, the Gala features the luminous soprano Laura Ahearne, whose glowing performances will set the tone for an unforgettable night.
