Kilkenny Roads Policing Unit recently stopped and seized two vehicles at a local checkpoint.
The vehicles were being driven by individuals who have had their vehicles seized previously in the last eight weeks.
Both of the vehicles were taken for licensing and insurance offences with penalties to follow.
Sharing details of the seizure on social media, a garda spokesperson included the following quote from Martin Luther King:
"Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity."
