Rooms ransacked and jewellery stolen in Kilkenny burglary

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Kilkenny last Thursday.

The break in took place between 8am and 5pm last Thursday (September 21).

The homeowner returned home at 5pm to discovered house broken into. Entry gained by forcing rear window and bedrooms were ransacked.

Jewellery and two old phones were stolen, including a Sekonda males watch.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and anyone in the vicinity of Cruan, Coolagh, Callan between 8am and 5pm on September 21 who may have seen any suspicious activity are asked to contact Callan Gardaí.
