Kilkenny Garda Station
Gardaí in Kilkenny are continuing their investigations into a incident of violent disorder in Kilkenny City yesterday afternoon.
Two cars were observed driving erratically in the Vicar Street area and threats were made between occupants of the vehicles.
Later that evening in the Lover's Lane area of Newpark, two men were assaulted, both sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
One male was subsequently arrested. Investigations are ongoing.
