Four people entered a bond to keep the peace and be of good behaviour following a public order incident outside Kilkenny courthouse last March.

Katie Meagher, Helen Meagher and Daniel O’Grady, all with an address at 26 Old Callan Road and Tony O’Grady with an address at 5 The New Houses, Bishop Birch Place, Kilkenny all entered a peace bond for 18 months to be of good behaviour and to stay out of Kilkenny courthouse save for personal appearances at a recent sitting of Kilkenny District Court.

All four accused had appeared in court charged with engaging in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour following a verbal altercation outside the courthouse on March 23, 2023 where a number of gardaí were required to intervene to avoid a physical altercation between the accused and other parties.
