Tools and equipment were stolen from a Kilkenny primary school during a burglary which took place earlier this week.
The break in took place at Scoil Naoimh Brid in Ballyragget took place between 5pm on Monday (September 16) and 10am on Tuesday (September 17).
Several gardening tools were stolen from a shed including a hedge trimmers, a yellow Sthil Strimmer and a leaf blower.
Entry was gained to the garage by breaking the lock on the front door.
Gardaí in Castlecomer are investigating this incident and are appealing for any information to contact them on (056) 4441222.
