Gardaí are appealing to members of the public following a recent incident of theft in Kilkenny.

Sometime between 2.30am and 9am on Sunday (February 2), a work van was broken into at a business premises at Cillín Hill, Dublin Road, Kilkenny.

The van owner returned to work after weekend and observed that a number of assorted power tools were stolen from back of the vehicle.

Gardaí in Kilkenny (Tel: 056 777500) are appealing for any witnesses or anybody with potentially relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them.
