Kilkenny District Court has ordered a man to stay away from a number of addresses in Callan.
James O’Reilly, 5 Skeaugh, Callan, was before the court charged with violent disorder in Callan on March 13.
The court heard there was no objection to bail being granted, from gardaí, but conditions would have to be imposed.

Adjourned the matter to a sitting in June, when co-accused will also be before the court, Judge Geraldine Carthy ordered Mr O’Reilly to sign on three days a week at a garda station, observe a daily curfew from 11pm to 7am and not commit any further offences.
The defendant was also ordered to have no contact, directly or indirectly, with a specific family, also of Skeaugh.
He is to stay away from two specified addresses, in Skeaugh and in the town of Callan.
