‘Complicated’
Kilkenny District Court heard that directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions are still outstanding in this case.
It’s a “very complicated matter,” Sergeant Morgan O’Connor told Judge Geraldine Carthy.

Solicitor Joe Farrell said there have been “no flash points” since.

Judge Carthy adjourned the case to a sitting in October, for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions, peremptory against the state.
