A man has been charged with exposing his genitalia to students outside a secondary school during the Junior Cert exams.

Darren Crosby, 14 Castle Gardens, Ballyragget, was also before the court for sentencing on eight public order offences, of which he had been previously convicted.

Sergeant Morgan O’Connor said Mr Crosby is also charged contrary to Section 45 (1) of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act that he did expose his genitals intending to cause fear, distress or alarm to another person.
