Gardaí have praised a local community for their quick actions which resulted in the arrest of two suspects in a rural burglary yesterday (Wednesday) evening.

A vacant house in St Mullins, close to the Kilkenny border, was targeted by opportunistic criminals at approximately 4.30pm.
