An Garda Síochana in Kilkenny have arrested a driver who gave a false name for not having valid insurance or NCT.
"The driver of the BMW pictured was stopped subsequent to a No Insurance Ping. What followed was a chat where the driver gave a false name," a garda spokesperson posted to social media.
"His Insurance disc was also false and NCT notable by its absence.
"An arrest followed, giving time for contemplation and an appointment at Kilkenny District Court. Poetic Justice?"
