Kilkenny courthouse
Two men have appeared before Kilkenny District Court accused of driving a horse in a prohibited area.
Edward Carthy, 27 Gael Road, Kilkenny and John Carthy, Bay 8, Wetlands Halting Site, Kilkenny are accused of the offence which is alleged to have taken place in Kilkenny City on April 7, 2025.
Judge Geraldine Carthy adjourned the matter before the court to March 16 for a plea to be entered or a date to be set down for hearing.
