Male arrested following criminal damage at Thomastown Train Station

A male in his twenties has been arrested in connection with the criminal damage of a number of vehicles at Thomastown Garda Station earlier today.

The incident took place between midnight and 5am and a number of cars had their windows smashed and tyres slashed.

Gardaí are continuing their investigations into the incident and are examining CCTV footage.

One male was arrested this morning and is being detained in connection with the incident.
