Edward (Eddie) Delahunty

The death has occurred of Edward (Eddie) Delahunty, New Zealand and late of Castleinch, Kilkenny. Peacefully at Hutt Hospital, New Zealand. Edward (Eddie), 20th May 1934 - 9th August 2023, predeceased by his brothers Liam and Peter, sister Eileen, brother-in-law Joe. Remembered fondly by Mary, loved father of Michael, Kath, Yvonne, Paul and Eileen. Father-in-law of Ruth, Mark, Charlotte and Josh. Brother Phil, sisters-in-law Marie, Nancy and Philomena.  Much loved grandfather of Kieran, Patrick, Sean, Max, Finn and Zara. Nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. 

Special thanks to his GP, Naomi Dunwoodie and all those who have supported, laughed with, and cared for Eddie around Petone and at the Hutt Hospital.  Eddie's Funeral Mass was held at the Sacred Heart Church, Britannia Street, Petone, on Monday 14th August.  Messages of condolence may be posted c/-PO Box 44-176, Lower Hutt 5040.  Donations can be made to Wellington Free Ambulance https://www.wfa.org.nz/donate/

Mary Ann Delaney (née Delaney)

The death has occurred of Mary Ann Delaney (née Delaney), Ballyphilip, Lisdowney, Kilkenny / Cullohill, Laois, at St. Luke's Hospital. Pre-deceased by her husband Sean, sister Margaret (Quinlan), brother Liam. Deeply regretted by her loving son Jim, daughter Marie (Connor), grandchildren Tom, Sean, great-grandson Tiernan, son-in-law Alan, sister Breda (Meally), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

Reposing in Kennedy's Funeral Home Freshford, Eircode R95 C44T, on Friday from 5pm with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 8pm, followed by removal to St. Brigid's Church, Lisdowney R95 VX79. Dr. Atish Sengupta

The death has occurred of Dr. Atish Sengupta, Tinnarranny, Rosbercon, Kilkenny, Sydney, Australia and India, on 15th August 2023. Deeply regretted by his loving family, wife Siobhán, daughters Paula and Srila and son Arun, son-in-law Bob, daughter-in-law Shannon, grandchildren Rachael, Michael, Charlie, Billy, Jemima, Xavier and Oliver, great-grandchildren Marceline and Maeve, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Doyle's Funeral Home, The Old Rectory, Rosbercon, New Ross from 3pm on Saturday, 19th August, concluding with a Blessing at 5pm. A family cremation service will take place on Monday 21st August in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co.Cork.
