Michael (Mick) Hayes

The death has occurred of Michael (Mick) Hayes, Tullamaine, Callan, Kilkenny, peacefully, in the exceptional care of management and staff at Castlecomer District Hospital on Monday 18th, September 2023. Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Brigid and his infant niece Noelle. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his sisters Geraldine (Clancy) and Martina (Coffey), nephew Michael-Andrew, his nieces Paula, Amy and Sarah, his grand-nephews, grandniece, brothers-in-law Paddy and Gerry, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (Eircode R95 Y443) on Wednesday, 20th September, from 5pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Prayers on Thursday at 10.15am followed by removal to The Church of the Assumption, Callan for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial will follow afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan. Gina Roche

The death has occurred of Gina Roche, Lion Dé, Crossogue, Callan, Kilkenny and formerly of Ferndale, Ballytruckle, Waterford. Peacefully, surrounded by her friends from The L’Arche Community, Callan on Monday, 18th September 2023, in the exceptional care of the staff in The Oak Ward, University Hospital, Waterford. Pre-deceased by her parents Edward and Breda. Deeply regretted by her loving family, brother Duncan, nieces, aunts, uncles, relatives and her friends in the L’Arche Community.

Funeral arriving to The Church of the Assumption, Callan, for Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am. Burial will follow afterwards in Glenmore Cemetery, Kilkenny. The Requiem Mass can be viewed live on https://churchmedia.ie/
