Tina Walsh
The death has occurred of Tina Walsh, Ardra, Castlecomer, Kilkenny, R95 AKR0, on 2 October 2023. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved partner of Ken and adored mother to Daniel and Paul. Daughter of Winnie and the late Seamus. Cherished sister to Michael, Nicky, Pat, Eddie, Ann Marie and Maggie. Daughter-in-law to Frank and Catherine. Tina will be sadly missed by her loving family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts and uncles (especially Josephine and John), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, friends and her beloved pets Bella and Buddy.
Reposing at her Residence (R95 AKR0) on Tuesday (3rd October) from 3pm concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 8pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in the Crosshill Cemetery, Castlecomer. Robert (Bobby) Williams
The death has occurred of Robert (Bobby) Williams, Loughboy, Kilkenny, late of Clonmel and Birr, formerly of Kinnity, Offaly. Bobby died on September 30th 2023, peacefully in the excellent care of the doctors, nurses and staff, in the presence of his loving family and Dean James Mulhall at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. He was late of Clonmel and Birr, and was a native of Kinnity, Offaly, and was predeceased by his brother Billy, and very recently by his beloved wife Ann. Bobby will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving daughter Mary Frances (Robinson), son-in-law Ciaran, grandsons, Bobby, Charlie and Harry, sister Iris, brothers, Arthur, Ted and Charles, brother-in-law, Tom Loonam, sister-in-law, Rose Mannion, nephews, nieces, including Hugo Loonam, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reception prayers on Tuesday evening (October 3rd) in St. Finian's Church of Ireland, Kinnity, at 7pm.
Funeral Service on Wednesday (October 4th) at 12noon. Interment afterwards in Killourney Cemetery, Cloghan.
James Harding
The death has occurred of James Harding, Main Street, Whitehall, Paulstown, Kilkenny. Peacefully in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. Jim Passed away on 1st October in the loving care of his family friend, Amanda Doyle, and the staff of St Luke's Hospital. Predeceased by his parents James and Bridget Harding. Jim will be sadly missed by his long term friend Lizzy and Amanda Doyle and remaining cousins Ann, Billy and Anna and extended family, neighbours and friends.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday, the 3rd October, at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Paulstown. Burial afterwards in the Holy Family Cemetery, Paulstown.
Seamus O'Neill
The death has occurred of Seamus O'Neill, Westview, Kilmurry, Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny, who died on Saturday 30th September 2023, aged 87 years. Peacefully, at Signa Care Ferrybank in the exceptional Care of all the staff, surrounded by his loving family, Predeceased by his parents James and Anastasia, brothers and sisters. Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving wife Maureen (née Cody), son Nigel, daughters Eleanor and Alison, niece Bernadette and her husband Martin, sons-in-law Sherlock and Ted, daughter-in-law Angela, grandchildren Ross, Shane, Sophie, Alex, Kate, Conor, Isobel, Emily, Richenda and Barry, great grandchildren Layla, Séan, Tara and Jake, brother-in-law John, sister-in-law Ann, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rita O'Leary (nee Prendergast)
The death has occurred of Rita O'Leary (nee Prendergast), 53 Larchfield, Kilkenny. Rita passed away on 30th September, peacefully at home in the presence of her family. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy and much loved mother of Seamus, Edmund, Mark, Conor and Liz. Rita will be dearly missed by her loving family, sisters Bella and Betty, brother Dick, daughters-in-law Anne, Áine, Lexi and Sharon, grandchildren Katie, Rosie, David, Jessica, Madison, Alexandra, Eoghan, Liam, Niall and James, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
