The death has occurred of Jeremiah (Dermot) Connolly

Freshford, Kilkenny

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremiah (Dermot) Connolly.

Jeremiah of Freshford, County Kilkenny peacefully passed away at his home on March 20, 2025 at the age of 91.

Jeremiah was much cherished and will be greatly missed by his loving daughter Una, son Brian, extended family and circle of close friends.

Reposing in Kennedy's Funeral Home, Freshford R95 C44T on Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm A service will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Saturday at midday followed by cremation. Burial to follow at a later date in St Lachtain's Cemetery, Freshford.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Stillorgan, Dublin / Freshford, Kilkenny

Peacefully, at St. Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown. Beloved husband of Terry and much-loved father of Niamh, Niall and Mark. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, daughter-in-law Celine, grandchildren Shannon, Séan, Chloe, Sebastian and Senan, brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday (April 1) at 10am in Church of St Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud (A94 CY83) followed thereafter by burial at Deans Grange Cemetery.
