Una Ryan (née Murphy)

The death has occurred of Una Ryan née Murphy, Gaulstown, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny and formerly Ballinruanne, Duncannon, Co. Wexford. Una Passed away peacefully in the tender and excellent care of the staff of St. Bridget's Ward, Wexford General Hospital, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 Aged 89 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Seamus and son Robert and her brothers and sisters. Loving and much loved mother of Marion, Jimmy and Treacy, she will be sadly missed by her adoring grandchildren. Una will be fondly remembered by her sister Tessy, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore (X91 TW21) on Saturday, April 19, from 3pm to 5pm, with prayers at 4pm. Funeral arriving for Mass on Easter Sunday, April 20, at 11am in St. James's Church, Glenmore. Immediately afterwards Una will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Breda Grace (née Keane)

The death has occurred of Breda Grace (née Keane), Five Cross Roads, Portlaw, Co. Waterford, aged 82 years. Ooriginally from Ferrybank and formerly of New York and South Carolina, USA. Breda passed away peacefully on  April 16, 2025 surrounded by her loving family and in the kind care of the staff at Waterford Residential Care Centre. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Josie Keane of Ferrybank, sisters Maudie Clowes and Teresa Gallagher, niece Fiona, and nephews Ciaron, Pierre and Rory. Breda will be sadly missed by her devoted husband of 60 years Jim Grace of Kilbride, Glenmore, daughters Allison and Anne (Phelan), sons Brendan and Jimmy, son-in-law Pat, daughters-in-law Kelly and Susan, grandchildren Kieran, Aidan, Cassie, Jack, Patrick, Kathryn, Liam and Tom, sisters Kitty Duffy, Joan Barron, and Pat Bodin, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends in Ireland and the US. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her family and friends.

Breda will be reposing in Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank on Holy Thursday from 6.30pm until 7.30pm, Breda's removal will take place on Good Friday to The Sacred Heart Church Ferrybank arriving for Funeral Liturgy at 11am after which Breda will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery. MASS LINK   DONATIONS LINK
