The death has occurred of Mary Cusack (née Doran), Parkside, Carrick-on-Suir, Tipperary / Kilkenny, an formerly of Windgap, Co Kilkenny and Ballyclough, Rathgormack, Co Waterford. Mary died suddenly at home on October 10 , 2025. Pre-deceased by her parents John, Kit, brothers Paul and Benny and niece Laura. Sadly missed by her husband Michael, children David, Sarah, Shane and Michael Jnr, brother Matt, sister Claire, Aunt Pat Dowling, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, loving grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May Mary rest in peace.
Mary will be reposing at Walsh’s funeral home new street Carrick-on-Suir on Tuesday, October 14, from 5pm to 6.30pm, Mary will be arriving at St Molleran’s Church Carrick Beg on Wednesday the, October 15, for requiem mass on arrival at 11am followed by Cremation at the Island Crematorium Cork at 3pm. The death has occurred of Ellen (Nellie) Walsh (née Culleton), Lismatigue, Knocktopher, Co. Kilkenny. Peacefully, in the loving care of staff at Mooncoin Residential Care Centre, in her 101st year on Saturday, October 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her husband Jimmy. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, her sons Patsy, Donie and Maurice, her daughters Nellie (O’Shea), Mary (Kennedy), Margaret (Fairbrass) and Josie, sons-in-law Dick, Denis, Mark and Josie’s partner Richard, daughters-in-law Rena, Catherine and Anna, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Merlyn, Stella and Frances, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Funeral arriving at The Church of the Holy Trinity, Hugginstown, (Eircode R95 FH74) for Requiem Mass on Monday, 13th October at 11am. Burial will follow afterwards in Calvary Cemetery, Hugginstown.
The death has occurred of Ita Lucy Scott (née Donnelly), Park View, Freshford Road, Kilkenny and late of Corbally, Co. Limerick, on October 10, 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family at her home. Beloved wife of the late Bill and much loved mother of Liam, Maeve, Kieran and Brian. The death has occurred of Carmel Hayden (née Reinhardt), 26 Assumption Place, Kilkenny. Carmel, in her 92nd year, passed away on October 10, 2025, peacefully at home. Predeceased by her husband Michael, son Micheal, granddaughter Linda, grandsons Trevor, Ivan and Graham, sisters Nancy and Kay and brother Billy. Carmel will be dearly missed by her loving sons and daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Dermot aged 92 , died peacefully, on Saturday 11th October, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brothers Liam, Micheál and his sister Sheila(Fitzpatrick). Reposing at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (R95 Y443) on Monday, October 13, from 5pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Prayers on Tuesday, October 14, at 10.15am followed by removal to The Church of the Assumption, Callan arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am.
