Driver caught committing two serious offences by Kilkenny gardaí
The car has been seized by Kilkenny gardaí
Member of the Roads Policing Unit of An Garda Síochana in Kilkenny have caught yet another offending driver on the road.
The driver breached the laws of the road on the double, by failing a road side drugs test and having no insurance.
"The Medical Bureau of Road Safety will have the opportunity to test the sample belonging to this motorist," a garda spokesperson said.
