Kilkenny TD lauds Veri Connect for activating sustainability and climate action

Minister of State Noonan met with key figures from the sustainability sector, discussing Ireland’s path to Net Zero

Veri Connect welcomed Minister of State for Heritage and Electoral Reform Malcolm Noonan to their Kilkenny offices recently for a special visit that highlighted the company’s and their clients innovative work in sustainability.

The Green Party TD praised three specific projects with the ESB, SOLAS and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Council and Veri Connect’s contributions to activating sustainability strategies for companies, communities and the Further Education organisations.

During the visit, Minister of State Noonan met with key figures from the sustainability sector, discussing Ireland’s path to Net Zero and emphasising the need for a bottom up approach for Cultural change for Nature positive action. Also celebrating the recent award of ISO for Veri Connect , affirming the rural, diverse team which has been instrumental in driving real change through their solutions.

“It was an honour to host Minister Noonan and discuss how businesses like ours can play a crucial role in resourcing our clients to meet their sustainability targets,” said Anne Maire McSorley, CEO at Veri Connect. “Through off-the-shelf and custom accredited solutions and digital innovations, we have grown the team.

“Minister Noonan’s support has been there since our first Flag Ship Project with Kilkenny LEADER partnership and the Nore Vision, and is ongoing as a company dedicated to creating positive environmental impacts.”
