Kilkenny Musical Society is back with a bang and, not surprisingly, there’s not a seat to be had for the rest of the run.

Kilkenny Musical Society is back with a bang and, not surprisingly, there’s not a seat to be had for the rest of the run.

The groups annual show this year is Bryan Flynn’s Michael Collins, A Musical Drama, which opened at the Watergate Theatre on Sunday.

Standing ovations for the cast and crew began even before the show had finished with some distinguished guests in the audience also adding their seal of approval.

The show continues until Sunday and, though all tickets have been snapped up for the nightly performances, it’s always worth checking with the Watergate Theatre in case of any cancellations.
