Congratulations to Kilkenny dairy farmer Gail Daniels who has taken home TWO top awards from the National Dairy Awards.
Gail Daniels proved local farmers really are the ‘cream of the crop’ as a double finalist in this year’s second National Dairy Awards - Best Artisan Dairy Product 2024 (non-cheese) and Ifac Best Dairy Product Innovation 2024.
On Thursday night, it was revealed Gail was the winner of both the awards award. Well done!

The award is for Gail's Bó Bar Soap. It is a natural artisan handmade soap using milk from her family run dairy farm as a 100% water replacement. Originally started as a chemical free way to treat Gail’s daughter’s eczema it soon became a passion that escalated to a business after receiving amazing feedback from friends and family.
