Kilkenny Macra are holding an information evening in Urlingford with a view to setting up a new club in the area.
It’s taking place this Thursday, November 28, in Hayes pub in Urlingford at 8pm.
Macra is a national social organisation for rural young people aged 17-35. Kilkenny Macra has three active clubs so there’s something going on nearly every weekend. Whether it’s sports, farm walks, debating, social dancing, drama, quizzes or just general socialising Macra has something for you.
If you’re in Urlingford, Freshford, Johnstown, Galmoy, Gortnahoo or the wider area, come down to Hayes on Thursday. You will meet with county chair Jimmy, development officer Liam and a whole host of other members. You can see for yourself what Macra has to offer.
