A workshop entitled ‘Manage Your Life By Managing Your Mind’ takes place on the Kilkenny Campus of NUI Maynooth, College Road on two different dates - Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 23.

The workshop, hosted by the First Arts Programme on the Kilkenny Campus, will be presented by Dr Fergus Heffernan and it is free of charge.

‘Manage Your Life By Managing Your Mind’ will demonstrate to attendees how to keep mentally fit, and how to tap into our minds power – so that we can enjoy our lives to the fullest.

Most of us are so engaged in life and all its anxieties that we can find it very difficult to differentiate our own issues from other peoples issues, and this is having a profound negative effect on our physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Contentment

The workshop is designed to help us learn in a very practical and fun filled way how to have more contentment in life, by managing ourselves and our time, and freeing ourselves from fears and consistent worries.

The workshop would be of interest and beenfit to senior level students, (their parents), guidance counsellors and mature, FETAC students interested in developing skills that will support the transition to College life. A CAO Information session will take place following the workshop.

Further details and an online registration form for both dates can be found at:
