The Féile hurling competition took place all around Kilkenny last weekend as under-15 hurlers battled it out to seal a place in the provincial final in a couple of weeks time.
In total there were three divisions with 34 teams in action across 11 different venues.
The Division 1 competition was hugely competitive with James Stephens, John Lockes, Dunnamaggin and Shamrocks all topping their groups to advance to the semi-finals.
The three remaining games all took place at MW Hire Dunmore with John Lockes and James Stephens setting up a final meeting after Lockes defeated Dunnamaggin 3-14 to 0-4 and the Village overcame Shamrocks on a 1-9 to 0-5 scoreline.
The Division One final was a closely-fought affair with James Stephens coming out on top by two points in the end.
Division Two was every bit as entertaining as the top level with Barrow Rangers, Rower-Inistioge, Tullogher Rosbercon and Lisdowney advancing from their groups.
The semi-finals were held in Danesfort and it was Barrow Rangers and Tullogher-Rosbercon who set up a final clash in Dunmore after Barrow Rangers overcame Rower Inistioge (3-6 to 1-6) and Tullogher got past Lisdowney (0-9 to 1-4).
A Gary McHugh goal then proved the difference in the final as the Paulstown outfit Barrow Rangers claimed a five point success over Tullogher Rosbercon.
Last but very much not least was Division Three where Conahy Shamrocks, Tullaroan, Bennettsbridge and Blacks and Whites all booked their spots in the knockout stages of the competition.
The semi-finals were held in John’s Park where Conahy Shamrocks ran out big winners over Tullaroan and Bennettsbridge edged a tightly fought affair with Blacks and Whites.
Conahy again showed the talent in their ranks when easing to a 2-8 to 0-4 success over the 'Bridge in Dunmore as they sealed the Division 3 title which brought an end to a hectic day’s hurling around Kilkenny with the three winners advancing to the next stage of the Féile.
