'Power: A Family Memoir' by Dermot Keyes, published by Hero Books, launches in Langton's, Kilkenny on Wednesday, November 1 at 8pm.
The book tells the story of Richie Power Snr and Richie Jnr and offers an insight into family, parish and county, as revealed through the lives of a father and son.
The evening is a celebration of the Power family and Kilkenny hurling at large and there is an open welcome for all Kilkenny supporters to attend, hear stories and meet some of their heroes from the recent and distant past.
