The draws for the Michael Lyng Motors Intermediate and JJ Kavanagh & Sons Junior Hurling Leagues have been held in UPMC Nowlan Park.
Tuesday night saw the county's junior clubs learn their fate, while the intermediate draws took place last night (Wednesday).
A new season and a fresh start for clubs also meant the introduction of a new form of staging the draws locally, with Kilkenny GAA streaming proceedings for the very first time.
Amongst the first round matches drawn in the intermediate competition, pitted newly promoted Tullogher Rosbercon and the Fenians together, while last year's county finalists Mooncoin begin their 2024 campaign against Young Irelands of Gowran.
Meanwhile, the draw for the junior leagues provided some tasty opening round matches including, Windgap against St Patrick's of Ballyragget in Section A and a city derby between James Stephens and Dicksboro in Section B.
The draw for the St Canice's Credit Union Senior Hurling League takes place in UPMC Nowlan Park at 8pm this evening (Thursday) and will be streamed live, via: www.kilkennygaa.ie
