Tribute to Kilkenny star stepping away after storied 14 year inter-county career

Congratulations to our own Grace Walsh on an incredible inter-county career over the last 14 years.

We are all extremely proud of the role model and ambassador you are for the younger generation here in Tullaroan.

Grace has always been on hand to offer words of encouragement to our younger players.

Over the past number of years Grace has been a pivotal member of Kilkenny Camogie and has fast become a household name throughout Kilkenny and beyond for her attributes on the field of play.

Her workrate and ability to win aerial balls makes her stand out from the crowd.

A notable performance during the 2020 All-Ireland final against Galway at midfield shortlisted her for player of the match with an incredible performance of sheer determination and passion helping Kilkenny to All-Ireland success on a silent December night in Croke Park.

We look forward to many more years of Grace in the Tullaroan sash and driving on the club as this year’s senior captain.
