Ex-Kilkenny manager states Erin's Own shouldn't consider quarter-final spot as 'bonus territory'

Former Kilkenny senior camogie manager Ann Downey believes Erin's Own won't consider their St Canice's Credit Union SHC Quarter-Final against Mullinavat on Sunday as 'bonus territory' despite their only win of the campaign so far coming against Glenmore in the relegation semi-final

"If I was an Erin's Own player tomorrow (Sunday) I wouldn't be looking at it as bonus territory," Downey claimed.

"It is bonus territory in a way but it's a county quarter-final with a great prize at the end of the day, so bonus territory yeah but that's not the way they're going to look at it," she continued.
