Bennettsbridge Selector Dan Shanahan
Former Waterford senior hurler and Bennettsbridge selector Dan Shanahan has claimed 'it's a pity' Liam Blanchfield 'doesn't get a fair crack with Kilkenny'.
Speaking to the Kilkenny People Sport Podcast, the former Waterford senior hurler commented: "I have the upmost faith in Liam Blanchfield."
"It's my fourth year working with Liam and I know what he's like. He's a great lad," the three-time All-Star commented, adding, "I have my whole trust in him. I've always said it about him, it's a pity he doesn't get a fair crack with Kilkenny."
