Eight Kilkenny hurling players and eleven local camogie players were celebrating Melbourne Sevens titles last month, winning the competitions with their adopted club of Craobh Phadraigh (St Pat's).

The competition is described as Australia's best GAA weekend with many ex-Kilkenny inter-county and club players involved including; Conor Browne, Denise Gaule and Laura Norris.
