Kilkenny were crowned Leinster Senior Camogie champions for the fourth year in a row in Netwatch Cullen Park on Saturday evening, beating Wexford in emphatic fashion after an early second half fightback from the 'Yellow Bellies'.
As expected, both sets of players entered the field prior to throw-in with shorts but were informed by the referee they must wear skorts during the match.
No photography or streaming of the match was permitted following a request from the players, who decided not to give their consent to visual media as a form of protest.

On the field, a strong start and closing few minutes were key to Tommy Shefflin's side getting over the line.
The Cats cruised through the first half and held a comfortable 0-11 to 0-2 advantage despite notching 11 wides.
However, Wexford came fighting back and kept the Kitten scoreless for 18 minutes of the second period, with a Joanne Dillion goal a sucker punch for the Noresiders.
But as the black and amber support began to become unsettled, some shrewd substitutions helped Kilkenny over the line as Wexford were kept scoreless over the final 20 minutes.
