Three-time All-Ireland winner with Kilkenny, Adrian Ronan has made a bold prediction ahead of Sunday's All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final between Tipperary and Cork.

"The majority of Kilkenny people will probably be shouting for Tipperary," the Cats legend told the KCLR Hurling Podcast.

The Graigue Ballycallan man, who has two Tipperary grandmothers, argued there is a 'healthy respect' between the two counties which may lean Kilkenny supporters in their direction when picking a team to back.

"It won't be admitted," he added, acknowledging living on the border and his own family connections may be a factor in his affection for the Tipperary team.
