Kilkenny intermediate semi-final draws are confirmed after bumper weekend of games

The draws for the semi-finals of the Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai IHC have been confirmed following the conclusion of this weekend's last eight encounters.

Dunnamaggin will face Danesfort on one side of the draw while Young Irelands and James Stephens will roll back the years in the other semi-final as they reignite their rivalry of the 1990s and early 2000s.

Meanwhile, O'Loughlin Gaels and Thomastown will face off in the JJ Kavanagh Junior Section B Final. The St John's Park faithful came out on top (1-17 to 1-13) in their city derby clash. Elsewhere, Thomastown had an impressive 0-28 to 0-14 win over Young Irelands.

In the Section A competition, St Patrick's had a thrilling 4-18 to 3-16 defeat of Windgap and in a cracking junior league final it took penalties to separate Conahy Shamrocks and Kilmacow with the Conahy faithful winning the shootout 7-6. (Conahy Shamrocks 2-23 Kilmacow 3-20 after et)
