'It's always there' - Molloy on the hurt of 2024 as Kilkenny county final day arrives

O'Loughlin Gaels wing-back Jordan Molloy has admitted the disappointment of last year's St Canice's Credit Union SHC Final loss to Thomastown is still in the back of their minds. - FULL PODCAST BELOW

The city club went into last year's final as big favourites but the Grennan side produced a surprise and sealed only a second ever senior championship success.

"It's always there," Molloy told the Kilkenny People Sport Podcast when asked how much of the hurt from last year's final  remains.

"Last year we just didn't perform and we've been gunning to get back to this county final day,", adding, "we'll keep it tight as a group and go from there."
