Asked how he compared to his 21 year old self making his Kilkenny senior debut in 2022, Kenny replied: "Completely different people altogether. I've come along way since 2022 becoming more obsessed with the training and off the field stuff," he revealed.
"The last two or three years, including club, I've really loved my hurling. Look, there's a lot more to improve on, you're never perfect."
