The journey consists of a 200 km round trip with full support and refreshment stops along the way.

Last year, members of the club completed the two-day cycle, which brought participants from St John's Park to Dungarvan via the Waterford Greenway and back again, with all levels of ability on show.

Donations are in aid of the Dillon Quirke Foundation.

"It’s more than a cycle. It’s community, purpose, and great craic," a club spokesperson said.
