Seamus Power picks up significant sum after solid finish at Tournament of Champions
Golfer Seamus Power earned a cheque worth €213,000 after finishing in tied for 25th place at the Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.
Waterford man Power, who carded a three-under-par 70 in his final round on Sunday, ended the tournament on 15-under-par.
The first PGA golf competition of the year was won by Spaniard Jon Rahm who finished on 27-under-par and pocketed a cheque worth $2.7 million.
