This year’s Cois Nore 5K will be on the new St Brigid's Day Bank Holiday (Monday, February 6).
Heading into the new year, there is no better time to set a goal for yourself. Your first challenge can be the Cois Nore 5K in support of Cois Nore, Kilkenny’s Community Cancer Support Centre.
Take part in the annual 5K event, at 11am in Kilkenny Castle Park. There is also a 1K for primary school ages children starting at 10.30am.
Register today via coisnore.ie/5k and the first 200 entrants will receive a free Cartoon Saloon designed t-shirt. The 5K will be professionally timed and licensed by Athletics Ireland.
