Tuesday will be another cold day in Kilkenny with sunny spells and frost and ice lingering in many areas.
It will be dry for much of the day, but scattered showers of sleet and snow will develop in the late afternoon and evening, mainly across the north of the province.
Highest temperatures of 1 to 3 degrees with light west to northwesterly winds gradually freshening.
Tuesday night will be cold with showers of sleet and snow.
A sharp to severe frost with icy stretches and some freezing fog patches too. Lowest temperatures of -4 to 0 degrees.
