Pa Dowd
A North Kilkenny man will represent Kilkenny at this year's Macra Mr Personality Festival.
Patrick Dowd will represent Kilkenny at the 16th annual Mr Personality Festival, which is being organised by Kilkenny County Macra na Feirme.
The festival will take place this weekend, April 14-15, at the Talbot Hotel, Clonmel. The festival is sponsored by Kilkenny, Carlow and District Farm Relief Services.
Patrick is 33 years old. He is an active member of North Kilkenny Macra na Feirme. His hobbies and interests include soccer, farming and chilling. Patrick believes he will make a good representative for Kilkenny because he is outgoing and up for the craic.

This will be followed by music from the much-anticipated The Waxies and DJ until late. Patrick will have an early start on Saturday morning with contestant private interviews with judges.
After lunch, the contestant challenges will take place. On Saturday evening, Patrick will be donning his suit and meeting with Kilkenny, Carlow and District Farm Relief Services and have their official photos taken.
