Multiple areas of County Kilkenny are without running water this morning (Friday).
Among them are Clogh, Castlecomer, Cloneen and Gurteen, who will all be without water until approximately 1pm.
This is due to a number of issues including the current dry spell, a burst on the mains in Castlecomer and upgrade works on the plant.
Elsewhere, from 9am until 1pm, water supply will be disrupted at Ballinacrossy (lower) and Ballycastle Lane, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny.
Water should now be restored to Knocktopher, Ballyhale and Stoneyford following an overnight outage.
