According to the findings of the report queries ranged from social welfare supports to employment and housing queries to assisting migrant communities among many other topics of information.
The increase in footfall was also based on the reopening of the drop-in clinics, Monday to Friday mornings across the region, enhancing service delivery and providing a more consistent service. This was made possible by the return of volunteers to support the provision of the service.
