11 Foxes Covert, Mount Juliet, Thomastown sold for €1,725,000

Kilkenny’s property market remained buoyant throughout 2023, with plenty of high-profile properties changing hands.

Below is a list of 10 of the most expensive properties sold throughout the county in the year gone by according to data compiled from the Property Services Regulatory Authority:

2) €1,250,000 - Property at Tinnypark, Callan Road, Kilkenny
3) €950,000 - Property at Granges Road, Kilkenny City
4) €814,978 - 1 Sunnyside, Greenshill, Kilkenny City
5) €806,167.40 - 3 Sunnyside, Greenshill, Kilkenny City
6) €790,000 - Ard Caoin, Archers Avenue, Kilkenny City
7) €705,000 - 11 Long Meadows, Sion Road, Kilkenny City
8) €660,000 - Burnchurch, Viper, Kells, County Kilkenny
9) €650,000 - 9 Dunmore Park, County Kilkenny
Tied 10) €640,000 - Property at Blessington, Thomastown, County Kilkenny
Tied 10) €640,000 - 10B Burgess Court, Kells, County Kilkenny

As seen above, the most expensive property officially sold in 2023 in Kilkenny was 11 Foxes Covert at Mount Juliet Estate.

This two-storey, five-bed residence is one of the best and largest homes on the grounds of the famous estate.
